Before you undertake this project on a complete scale, I strongly suggest you reconsider your direction.
As you know, we already have a Big Easy (BEH) League so what is the point of creating another one - "don't fix what isn't broken".
Yes, you want to take hold of the Asia Market, but I believe the current 3v3 Admins can work towards this on their own accord.
Instead of Big Easy, I recommend you choose Buffon or Korea Hot map for your League.
This map is more fun than 4v4 BEH Busball, and you will still have a big control over the Asia and Korea Haxball market.
